Log Center

Log Center is a log message search application you use to search your realms logs for messages from system and custom code.

Salesforce Commerce Cloud is introducing a centralized Log Center. All customers in regions that use Log Center will be migrated to the centralized Log Center. The migration to the centralized Log Center happens in phases from May 2023 through July 2023. You’re notified in advance of your migration date.

  • Centralized Log Center
    Log Center is a log message search application you use to search your realms logs for messages from system and custom code. With one Log Center URL you can access all your tenant Realms logs, for both secondary instance groups (SIGs) and primary instance groups (PIGs). You can also switch between regions using the drop in Log center.
  • B2C Commerce Log Center (Legacy)
    Log Center lets you find error messages quickly. You can search for specific messages, or you can search by date, instance, or other attributes. There’s one Log Center application per point of delivery (POD) per cylinder. To find specific messages, you can combine filters, such as severity, time period, and issue type, and searching for issues that contain specific text. This topic applies to B2C Commerce.

Infocenter Retirement: On June 30, 2023, the Infocenter was retired, and documentation currently hosted on the Infocenter will be published to Salesforce Help, Commerce Cloud Developer Center, and Salesforce B2C Commerce Developer Documentation Resources. For more information, see the release note.
