Mark a Site as Live

New sites require being marked as live after support has enabled the option.

Note: Marking a site as Live is NOT reversible and the site can’t be changed back to Preview status. For more information about disabling a live site, see Disable a Site in Business Manager.
  1. Select Administration > Sites > Manage Sites.
  2. Select Online in the Select the Site Status dropdown.
  3. Select Yes.
  4. Confirm that you’ve followed the Commerce Cloud Go-Live checklist (see Open a Go Live Ticket) and have previously opened a Support case by entering the case number.
  5. Click Apply.
