Archive a Promotion

You can archive an expired promotion to avoid cluttering your promotion list, and keep only your active promotions front and center. When you archive a promotion, you can locate it using a filter.

1. Select site > Merchant Tools > Online Marketing > Promotions.
2. Select a promotions to archive.
3. Click More on the left of the page.
4. Click Archive.
5. To view archived promotions:
   1. Open the search filter and select Archived.
   2. Select Yes.
6. To unarchive promotions:
   1. Search for archived promotions.
   2. Click the More button on the left of the page.
   3. Click Unarchive.
