Creating a New Template
You can use UX Studio to create a template.
- To create a new template
- Open UX Studio.
- Click File > New > ISML template.
- The dialog box appears.
- Select the cartridge for which you want to create a template.
- Click Next.
- Enter the template name (for example,
MyWebFront.isml).CAUTION:Template and folder names can't contain spaces.
- Select or specify a parent folder.
- Click Finish.
An empty editor window appears. (You can set preferences for template generation.)
- Add basic HTML tags (for example, <HTML>, <HEAD>, <TITLE> and <BODY>).
- Add text within the <BODY> tags.
- Include ISML tags.
- Assign your template to the right pipeline.
- Test the results in the Salesforce B2C Commerce storefront.
