Copy a Page Designer Page

You can make a copy of a Page Designer page. The copy has all the same page settings and content as the original, except the copy has a different page ID. Copying an existing page can improve your efficiency since you don't have to start from scratch every time you create a page.

To create and manage pages using the Page Designer visual editor, a user's role must include functional permission Manage_All_Libraries in the organization context or Manage_Site_Library in the context of the site for which they are creating pages.
Important: The name of the copied page is the name of the original page with a ten-character timestamp added to the end. The number of characters in a page name can't exceed 100. The timestamp added to the copied page name sometimes makes the name longer than 100 characters. In that case, the name of the original page is truncated to allow for the ten-character timestamp at the end.
