Ordering

You can use Business Manager to manage many aspects of your site's order processing requirements. For example, you can: view and modify order and payment information, edit order attributes, add a note to an order record, send emails to confirm order, payment, or shipping status, cancel an order, or create a custom email, export orders export orders.

  • Managing Orders
    While you use a separate system to process orders, you can also use Business Manager for initial order creation and to manage order-related processes such as:
  • Manage Payment Methods
    Use Business Manager to create and manage your payment methods, which rely on the payment processors you have already created.
  • Manage Credit/Debit Cards
    Use Business Manager to create and manage your credit and debit cards. The default credit and debit cards include: Visa, Master (Master Card), Discover, Diners Club (Diners Club International).
  • Manage Shipping Methods
    Use Business Manager to create and manage the shipping methods available in your site, including tax classes, currency, order value, and shipping cost.
  • Manage Site Taxes
    The site taxation policy determines if product and other prices are treated as gross or as net prices in the site.
  • Tax Class ID Attributes
    B2C Commerce has two system object attributes for managing product tax rates on your storefront: legacy taxClassId and localizedTaxClassId.
  • Define Order Search Result Columns
    You can define up to ten additional custom columns.
