Shopper Context API Enhancement

The Shopper Context API has been enhanced to support the following:

  • Developers can get personalized API responses (triggered by shopper context) now from OCAPI. This allows shopper context to be used in hybrid deploys where customers can set shopper context one time and get personalized API responses from OCAPI and SCAPI.

Infocenter Retirement: On June 30, 2023, the Infocenter was retired, and documentation currently hosted on the Infocenter will be published to Salesforce Help, Commerce Cloud Developer Center, and Salesforce B2C Commerce Developer Documentation Resources. For more information, see the release note.
