Resubmit Orders to Order Management

If B2C Commerce failed to submit an order to Order Management, or a submitted order is missing information, you can manually resubmit it. You can only resubmit orders that are in Sending or Accepted status and have not yet been allocated.

  1. Select site > Merchant Tools > Ordering > Orders..
  2. Locate the order you want to resubmit.
    • Use the search function.
    • To view a list of all orders, click Find.
  3. Resubmit one order or all orders that can be resubmitted:
    • To resubmit a single order, click Resubmit in its row.
    • To resubmit all failed orders, click Resubmit All Failed Orders. The link indicates the number of orders eligible to be resubmitted.
