Create a Search-Driven Redirect for a Page Designer Page

To return a specific Page Designer page when a customer searches on a particular keyword, create a search-driven redirect and specify the page ID as the Content ID.

Before you can configure search settings for users, a Page Designer developer must enable and configure searching.

See Search Configuration for Page Designer Pages for information about the development work required to implement searching.

  1. Select Merchant Tools > Search > Search Driven Redirects > Redirect Definition.
  2. Click New.
  3. Select a language and click Apply.
  4. Enter one or more keywords, separated by commas, that you expect the customer to enter when searching for a page.
  5. If you want the redirect to be online and used by B2C Commerc, select Online.
  6. If you want to use HTTPS as the destination protocol, select Secure.
  7. Select Show Content Page.
  8. For Content ID, enter the ID of the Page Designer page.
    The Page ID is listed in the General section of the Page Settings window.
  9. Click Apply.
