Monitor the Einstein Status Dashboard

Check the status of your catalog and order deployments and verify the quality of your data.

1. Select Administration > Operations > Einstein Status Dashboard.
2. Check the Einstein status.
   • Running―Einstein deployment and provisioning are in progress.
   • Error―A critical error occurred. Einstein recommendations aren't available until the error is resolved. For additional information about a specific error message, see Commerce Cloud Einstien Self-Service Support.
   • Warning―An informational warning. Einstein recommendations is functional and can be tested without resolving the warnings. For additional information about a specific warning message, see Commerce Cloud Einstien Self-Service Support.
   • Info―Informational messages. No action is required.
   • Not Deployed―The site is not configured for Einstein deployment.
3. Check the Data Quality column to view a quality assessment of the data most recently deployed to Einstein.
   • None―No data quality standards to show.
   • Fair―The following fields are required for a product to be made available for recommendation by Einstein. If one of the following fields below is empty for more than 75% of the products in your catalog, Einstein considers your data quality to be fair and that you should review the field.
     • Products without URLs
     • Products without images
     • Products with zero inventory
   • Good―The fields noted under fair quality are populated for more than 75% of the products in your catalog, and Einstein considers the data quality of your catalog to be good.
4. Review the date and time of the last catalog deployment, and the date and time of the next scheduled catalog deployment.
   • Red error icon―The catalog deployment failed to run.
   • Green check mark―The catalog deployment succeeded and the deployment is complete.
   • Blue running dots―The catalog deployment is running.
5. Review the date and time of the last order deployment and the date and time of the next scheduled order deployment.
   • Red error icon―The order deployment failed to run.
   • Green check mark―The order deployment succeeded and the deployment is complete.
   • Blue running dots―The order deployment is running.
