Set the Dashboard Filters

You can set different filter combinations to review a select set of data in each dashboard. The Filter settings include: Sites, Device Type, Customers, Customer Registration, Channels, and Locales.

The Reports & Dashboards default filter settings are blank. The default reports reflect realm-level data.
Note: Selecting all options in a filter category nullifies the settings for the filter category.
  1. In Business Manager, navigate to Merchant tools > Analytics > Reports & Dashboards (New!).
  2. Click the Filter by dropdown.
  3. Select any combination of the following:
    • Device types
    • Customer type
    • Customer registration type
    • Channels
    • From the Locales dropdown, select a locale. Select other locales as needed.
  4. Click Apply.
  5. To remove filter settings, click Clear All.
