Start Log Center

You can start Log Center directly from a browser or from Business Manager.

  1. (Optional) Start Log Center for a browser.
    1. Open a browser.
    2. Enter the Log Center URL. ie: https://logcenter-eu.visibility.commercecloud.salesforce.com/logcenter/search/
    3. Enter your username and password, and click Log in.
    2. (Optional) Start for Business Manager.
    1. Select Administration > Site Development > Development Setup
    2. In the Log Files section, click Log Center.
      When Log Center is opened from Business Manager, your username and password aren't required.

Infocenter Retirement: On June 30, 2023, the Infocenter was retired, and documentation currently hosted on the Infocenter will be published to Salesforce Help, Commerce Cloud Developer Center, and Salesforce B2C Commerce Developer Documentation Resources. For more information, see the release note.
