Recommenders

Commerce Cloud Einstein has different types of product recommendations that you can place on specific pages.

  • Configure Recommenders
    After deploying Commerce Cloud Einstein, product details page (pdp) and recently-viewed recommenders are available out of the box. Merchants also have the ability to create custom recommenders, leveraging Einstein strategies and rules.
  • Recommender Types
    A recommender type decides whether or not an anchor is required, what the anchor is, and determines the general use cases available for applying a recommender on your storefront.
  • Where to Place Einstein Product Recommendations
    Where you place recommendations affects the shopping experience. Some recommenders work only on specific pages, and some work on any page.
