Reports & Dashboards

The Reports & Dashboards tool enables you to identify trends over time and to make smarter business decisions based on your Commerce Cloud data. Data is available for dates after January 1, 2017.

Note: To generate reports for dates prior to January 1, 2017, you can use the Historical Reports.
  • Set Up User Access
    A user with Account Manager administrator credentials grants user access the Reports & Dashboards portal.
  • Reports & Dashboards Feature Set
    You can set the dashboard filters, date range, time zone, and realm currency setting so that the dashboard reports display a select set of data.
  • The Dashboards
    You can use the Reports & Dashboards to drill into insights on sales, products, promotions, site traffic, and other aspects of your B2C Commerce sites.
