Recommender Rules

Rules enable you to manipulate a list of recommended product IDs before the list is passed to the storefront at run time. Each rule contains an action, a field, and one or more field values (attributes).

  • Create and Apply Rules
    Rules enable you to manipulate the list of recommended product IDs before passing the list to the storefront at run time.
  • Rule Actions
    Rule actions define how Commerce Cloud Einstein Recommenders show, hide, or move matching items within a list.
  • Rule Fields
    You use rule fields to define rules. Some rule fields appear only for certain recommenders, and other rule fields appear for all recommenders.
  • Rule Field Values
    When creating rules, you select values for certain rule fields.
