Download Active Data on Production

If active data is enabled for your site, all data is accumulated from your Production instance and automatically imported into your Production and Staging instances.

To use this data on your Sandbox instance, download the file from the Production instance and import it into your Sandbox instance. You can also obtain the .csv file via WebDAV from the impex directory on your Production instance.

On your Production instance, select site > Merchant Tools > Online Marketing > Active Data > Import & Export.
On the Active Data Import & Export page, click Download.
You can't import a file into the Salesforce B2C Commerce database without first uploading it.
On the Manage Import Files page, select the file you want to download.
The active data feed name has the following format:
```
activedata-product-sitename-YYYYMMDD.csv
```
For example: activedata-product-Sites-SiteGenesis-Site-20100502.csv
If you want to import the dummy data from SiteGenesis, select one of the two .csv files available: customer-Sites-SiteGenesis.csv or product-Sites-SiteGenesis.csv.
Click Uncompress or Compress.
When you uncompress a .zip file, a .csv file is created. When you compress a .csv file, a .zip file is created.
