Onboard Your PayPal Merchant Account

After you associate a PayPal Merchant account to your B2C Commerce instance, you onboard the account. The PayPal onboarding process collects business information such as names, addresses, and bank accounts. The steps vary based on the merchant account country.

You can modify or add information from PayPal. You can access the PayPal from Business Manager or from the Stripe site with your merchant account's user permissions.
  1. In Business Manager, select Administration > Global Preferences > Salesforce Payments, confirm that the Business Manager details page lists the newly created account.
  2. Click the PayPal account you want to onboard.
  3. Click Manage Account at PauPal.com.
  4. To complete the onboarding, follow the instructions on the PayPal site.
