Hey,

Let’s talk about some uncomfortable truths about Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC). The things everyone knows, but few say out loud:

  • SiteGenesis is still alive in 2025. Yes, really.

  • Devs hate SFRA, businesses love it.

  • PWA? Everyone’s dream, almost no one’s reality.

  • OCAPI isn’t going anywhere. Neither is SiteGenesis.

  • No SFCC project finishes in under a year. Stop making ridiculous proposals.

  • SFCC is so powerful, with so many options, that even Salesforce doesn’t know them all.

  • Devs keep opening issues and PRs in SFRA’s GitHub. Someone should tell them it’s no longer maintained—just security patches.

  • Everyone wants a sandbox for training, testing, or even PWA, like Salesforce’s developer orgs. Keep dreaming.

  • SCAPI has basically turned into OCAPI 2.0.

  • Few understand the real potential of B2C. If you want to be one of them, stay tuned—we’re working on the English translation of our course. It’ll be ready soon.
